Good to know your throat is getting better Katie. Hopefully it will fine again really soon. We have lovely weather here today, so I not so envious of Devon! It would be nice to see the sea though, but I'll see plenty on Thu when we are in Mallorca.

CCStar, how are things today, how are you feeling now? I hope you are alright.

    I'm here Diamond. :)

I've been out for a few hours at the drop in. I stayed for all of it this time (okay, so I had an appointment with Janette but that's not the point.lol.). I wanted to show her the letter from the ED clinic as I was re-reading it and something jumped out at me and I wanted her opinion on it. The thing that jumped out at me was the part of the letter about treatment and it sounded to me like the ED therapist was saying my Anorexia isn't treatable at this time. I thought I was being over-analytical but Janette read it the same way I did.

I'm seeing my doctor tomorrow. At the moment people just keep bending me in all directions. I swear one of these days I'm going to snap.

If truth be told, my eating has worsened. I feel like such a hypocrite, trying to help those around me who also struggle with their mental health when the little bit I have left is crumbling away. But, as they say, it's always easier to offer advice then to take it.

I'm off to go and rectify my hair (in other words dye the blonde bits.lol.).

My goodness, the weather is beautiful today. I even wore a dress. *shock horror*.lol. One lady even said she wants my legs.:rotfl: Maybe a bit weird, but secretly boosted my self esteem a bit.

    hello everyone!

I've been away for a day or two... I went home yesterday for my Mum's surprise party ... she had NO idea at all about and was really shocked ...

I felt sad on Saturday as when my sister picked me up my Nephew was being difficult and she was no patient at all with him .... one minute really nice and then shouting at him, it reminded me a lot of the way my Mum is ... you never quite know where you stand with her.

How is everyone? I havent had a proper look through the thread yet so sorry if these Q's have already been answered... Tulip - how did Saturday go? LM - did you dye you hair? How's everyone coping with the School hols?

I've given my months notice on this house ... finally. I have a couple of places i'm keen on, one doesnt become available for awhile yet but it could fit in with my notice and the others are on/off....

    Heya lovely Jen. :)

My hair is dyed. Still some blonde bits that don't want to be dyed.lol but nowhere near as many as before. I've never had this problem before though so my only conclusion is that somehow some of my hair has built up an immunity to hair dye?.lol.

    did you wash it before?

dye doesnt take as well to hair thats not really clean, also conditioner can affect the end colour.

I usually wash my hair every two days so the last time I washed it was on Saturday. Although, with the way my OCD is going it'll be more like daily now.lol.
