Depression Support Thread

Hi peeps, just wanted to show some support for people it's been ages since ive been on here, i know how bad depression can feel so if any one needs to talk im here

Heya Alba. Sorry I missed you earlier. I went to get the bus. My appointment was at 10:40am.
She weighed me. I've lost weight etc. She said she is going to monitor my weight and physical health but that she's also going to talk to that person whom I do not get along with to see what can be done about my mental health.
I've also got to have a blood test on Thursday. I'm terrified of needles but the doctor has given me some numbing cream to numb the discomfort etc.

She said that she's going to see about referring me to the consultant too.

She said I looked smart today.lol. She said that her thoughts were "Doesn't Anne-Marie look smart and nice today?".lol. I'm weird. When my head gets bad, I make an effort with my clothes to try to make myself feel better.

My throat is fine today thanks for asking,I am singing tomorrow afternoon and I cant wait Been resting throat all week and I am recovered enough to sing went out for a while this morning,I fell over too but I am ok

Evening everybody
Hope you have all had a good day. i have been really busy over the last few days getting ready for the school summer holidays which dont start here until Thursday. Six weeks without the playground politics and bullying (and thats just the mums!) and none of the morning stress.

I dread it when the school kids are off school. A lot of them here think they own the street and are rowdy and thug like. Not all of them, but a lot of them are.

Anywho, I'm off to bed now lovelies. I'm shattered.
