morning all, hope you all ok this morning, congratulations katie on your win.
hi alba, me and the boys are ok thanks, looking forward to going on hols tommorrow, if i ever get packed.
no, i will get packed, i will, even if its when they go to bed tonight, usually i'm much more organised, but this time the kids breaking up early from school didnt help.
still doing the knitting when i get a bit of free time, not as much as when they were at school. just sent my first parcel off to loving hands this morning.
must update my signature too

I Just saw my parents and mum went you look warm have you done anything as ironing and stuff gets you warm and I said no,she said you look really flushed.Just rang to cancel my meal out with my friends today because I am not well,I was disappointed but Dad said I had had a meal out this week anyway

Having a new Kitchen window put in this afternoon at 3.30pm

Aren't they beautiful?
Sweetheart, we all find physical flaws with ourselves. You're not alone there, sf. It must have been a huge climax and a very emotional experience graduating last night and as with many of these events, there's the accompanying roller-coaster of emotions.
Speaking as a butterball, and someone who could give a bronze turkey and the Churchill advert dog, a good run for their money, (I jest ye not!), it's hard looking at all the glamour-pusses and not to end up wanting to get out a paper bag. I won't patronise you with false platitudes sweetie. We are what we are and can't change things in an instant but we are also our own worst critics.

Yet just like the flowers angel, it takes all the different shapes, scents, contours and colours to make a beautiful bouquet. That can be applied to a group of people and also to each part of us that makes us the person we are.

What matters hunnie, is that you graduated last night and people will remember you for your talent, for all the smiles that leave your heart and reach your eyes, for the music you created, for the fact that you never gave up, for your achievements.
THAT'S what last night was really about.
And that's what made you truly beautiful last night.

I'm fine thanks. Just stressed though trying to think of everything I need to do before we go.

I hope you are ok? Few of us are happy with how we look, we either feel to fat or too thin, or there is something else we don't like. But this world is full of all shapes and sizes and no one else will look at you the way you see yourself. You're very pretty and also a beautiful person, try not to worry so much about how you think you look. Hope that makes some sense! I'm not too sure... but it's meant to be positive!
