Depression Support Thread

I went out today and bought myself a new diary and a few drawing materials.

I also bought two books - "The Colour Purple" by Alice Walker and "The Bell Jar" by Sylvia Plath.

I was going to go to the drop in today but I came over really weak and pale in town so decided I should maybe come home instead.

i have a male friend who i have known a couple of months, and really like, and tonight he has asked me out on a date to the cinema, some time after i come back off my hols. i feel like a teenager again lol

I hope you are ok? Few of us are happy with how we look, we either feel to fat or too thin, or there is something else we don't like. But this world is full of all shapes and sizes and no one else will look at you the way you see yourself. You're very pretty and also a beautiful person, try not to worry so much about how you think you look. Hope that makes some sense! I'm not too sure... but it's meant to be positive!

still got my clothes to pack, will do it when kids in bed,. will be setting off after breakfast when we are all ready. away for a week, back next saturday, will miss all of you on this thread
