hi alba, (((hugs))) hope you fel better soon hun, yeah still busy with the needles lol, nearly finished the baby blanket i started.
hi diamon, (((hugs)))i know how you feel, my sons used to regularly go off on one after school, think its there way of letting off steam, and possibly bit tired from school., have you tried giving him a quick snack after school, to give him some energy then have dinner bit later?
at end of day if they feeling that way, they going to go off on one whatever you do, and your certainly not the only mum who feels like a slave to their kids, i do too, even tho they are now 13 they can still be quite demanding at times.

i have had a fairly good day, woodwork went well, then this afternoon, i went to see a friend who i havent seen for ages, which was nice, even tho she did moan about her son quite a bit, and how she gets very little free time, she has a hubby, who looks after him during the evening so she gets time to self and also all day saturdays, so she can go shopping with friends, she ought to try being a single parent with nobody to help, like myself and diamond.

also being knitting again, just about to make tea, son due home anytime, he's been on a trip, hope it stayed dry for him, he went to the great yorkshire show

Pleased to hear you had a good day Shaz. Mmm, I get the friend thing too. Most of mine are married and still complain, they have no idea. Most have families who help too. Atleast I have Jacqui, and we moan together! (a lot!) I feel a little better now, thanks, think food must have helped! Just ate last night's left overs so was quick and easy! Hope J enjoyed the trip. The weather has been terrible here, the sun was out then it belted it down all afternoon!

Evening all,

Things are poor here ....

the job was ok this morning tho and I have handed in a CV at La Senza, IF I get offered it then I'll decide what to do...

My LL has fitted a boiler and apparently its "not legal" but its so cold in the house ... I NEED to move ASAP!!! Going over to Renting etc board to ask for advice on wha I can do in the meantime...
