My PC went on the fritz and I couldn't do this doc I should have written. I've had ages to do it and it may be wanted in the morning.

Aww, don't feel like that, you're a big part of this site, definitely not an outcast.

Hopefully you'll not have to give the doc in tomorrow. Is there anything I could do to help?

Does anyone find that when they are depressed, all they want to do is sleep, but just can't? I had this a few months ago and it's coming back again.

Jen, I haven't decided what to do about Mayo, things being still so up in the air with job/Mr C/ flat. The shelter are aware I'm attached to her, but they're putting a bit of pressure on me, I guess they need to know if they have to find a home for her.

I guess whatever happens, there's a cat out there that needs me.

I do!

I get a variety of problems with my sleep depending on how anxious i am with the depression.
Sometimes I can't get to sleep at night, but can during the day. sometimes I can get to sleep at night but then wake up after 4 hours and cant get back to sleep.

The only things I have found that help is to play a cd and lie in the dark - often I'll be asleep by the time it finishes (dire straits love over gold is the current cd which is working at the mo - might have to change it tho), or to have the telly on with the sound on low sometimes helps me drift off. I think the music/telly takes my mind of my troubles enabling me to sleep.

Whilst the CD/TV sounds like a good idea, I'm not sure my sister would appreciate it.

Why are you being nasty to me?we don't do that in here.We don't point spelling mistakes out or bad grammar,some users in here as everywhere, have writing difficulties.I helped you yesterday,and this is how you repay the compliment,sorry everyone to everyone else in the thread.
