I start on a new antidepressant tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Anxiety is bad at the moment, seem to be afraid of the outside again. Not managed to force myself outside for a week :(

    I've been a wild rover for many's a year
And I've spent all my money on whiskey and beer
And now I'm returnin' with gold in great store
And I never will play the wild rover no more.

    Chorus
    And it's No! Nay! Never!
    No nay never no more
And I'll play the wild rover
    No never no more.

I went to an alehouse I used to frequent
And I told the landlady my money was spent
I asked her for credit, she answered me nay
Saying, "Custom like yours I can have any day!"

I took from my pocket ten sovereigns bright
And the landlady's eyes opened wide with delight
She said, "I have whiskeys and wines of the best
And the words that I told you were only in jest."

I'll go home to my parents, confess what I've done
And I'll ask them to pardon their prodigal son
And when they have kissed me as oft-times before
I never will play the wild rover no more.

    Chorus
    And it's No! Nay! Never!
    No nay never no more
And I'll play the wild rover
    No never no more.

Well as far as Britney goes...you will always know more than me!! lol
I only know what I read in mags that Mam leaves me, so even then I;m a liyttle behind :)
I don't know about the company GP as not seen him/her yet. But feel like this needs to happen sooner rather than later!! How busy can they be???
Yes I did hope that it would help making an effort...but no :(
Spent most of the day in tears. Eventually they tried to send me home. I declined.
I then was taken off the phones and given other work to do for the rest of the day :(

    When will life get easier?????

Septemberblues - big hugs to you, hope you are well x

Britney is and will remain my hero. Working with some absolute idiots reminds me why I don't like people I meet

How long have you been waiting to see GP?

Is the company you work for quite big?

Same old nonsense with work today.

Have very little knowledge of what I needed to do, as they don't get anyone to tell you, so I either blag it or have to keep asking, which annoys people.

Lady I needed to see was not around either. No reply to my e-mail and no news on what hours I need to do next week.

Completely pointless thus far and only 3 weeks to go. If I say anything negative then i'm complaining and difficult.

I think I might just send a letter in and wait to see the response on Monday morning, when I assume I am working.

Worst case scenario - I walk out/asked to leave - nothing lost.

    My Fiance is my hero.
Although part of me wishes that he would leave as he can do so much better and then I can self destruct without causing any more harm or hurt to him :(

A few months I have been waiting now. But feels like forever.
    It's my last chance really.
My GP has nothing else she can do for me, counselling was no help, I'm not ill enough for help from a CPN.
Yeah the company is fairly big.

Sorry that your placement is not going too well at the moment.
What will happen if you do walk out? Will you lose all of your income?

    :hello: Everyone,

I havent had a moment to myself today, been so busy going out :)I went to get my free 6 pack of Chicken Tikka crisps which were lovely and I did a food shop at Tescos whilst there, went to mums and had chilli and rice, asked to go home early as I had things to put in frezzzer and scanned all the things and put them in the frezzer.checked phone to find a message had been left and It was from a lady from my local council recycling saying congratulations I had won an Eco Kettle from their recycling roadshow recently which I had been to :) I then went out to get it and had a 20 min walk to the office and then another 20 min walk up,I went into town after that and got money out and then finally went home.Saw some Spitfires in the sky and the famous Red Arrows :)

had my tea and now I am relaxing for the rest of the evening.

    so tired and shattered

No, what's the point in wasting another doctors time over it?

I hurt myself last week (my back) and went to see a doctor who asked if I wanted the ADs to be removed from my repeat prescription as she could see I wasn't getting them and I told her I thought she may as well as they were useless and didn't help me. I was in floods of tears and told her I was the same with or without thm anyway and she didn't offer any help or advice.
All they will do is try to put me back on meds anyway.

Sometimes we've got to fight for help. I've been where you are, and its not nice. I'm still having to fight, but I'm finally getting somewhere. A different GP might have a different approach, and I think it is worth trying. You are worth it x
