How many people are still left from my last visit 4 months ago?

And how many people remember me? :o

I hope we are all doing as well as can be!

I've stayed away as i'm trying to change as many things as possible, but all is not going too well.

I'm having a crap time right now and have no support, so may pop back later and post about it. No-one else I know is taking me seriously. Flatmate is too a point, but i'm about to blow my lid with a few people and want to avoid it if I can.

Fed up with people taking the preverbial pee.

I'll be back once i've gotten over my binge session that I now regret. Let myself down today for the first time in a while, all because of stupid bar stewards who just don't LISTEN!

I'm so close to just losing the plot and telling people where to go and giving them a friendly slapping and i'm someone who disapproves of violence more than most.

Let me recover for a short while and i'll be back if I see anyone around!

I'm still lurking :) Just don't have the energy to post much.

And I certainly remember you. In fact I was just thinking of you - have you heard Britney is about to make a comeback? She has lost loads of weight and is looking really well - and she has been granted access to her children again too. :)

I'm so sorry things haven't been going too well for you. :( Hope things start to pick up for you.
I'm struggling a little too. So exhausted constantly. Work is becoming so mentally draining. I often start to doze off at my desk, if I'm caught I'm bound to be sacked!!!

Still waiting to see company GP - wish they would hurry up as they are probably my last hope now that everyone else has given up on me :(

Anyway hope today goes well for everyone, I am going to straighten my hair before work today and see if it makes me feel any better but I bet I still have a !!!!!! day. :(

    Hello. :)

I was really ill yesterday so sorry for not being around. I feel a lot better today.
Just one little thought: Never EVER use laxatives. Yes, I have an ED as you all know but I don't abuse laxatives. Never have done and never will. I only use them as a last resort. Well, I took two on Monday, and then two yesterday morning and I have never felt so ill and so dehydrated in my whole life. Not that you needed to know that. So, a word of wisdom from me, never ever, even as a last resort, take laxatives. Ever!
I am going to proceed with throwing them in the bin.lol.

On the plus side my stomach's flatter. :rotfl:

    xx

Hi Lady M If you are not eating properly it is not suprising the laxatives had a bad affect and am pleased you only use them as a last resort as over use makes the problem worse. If you cannot eat please try and drink a lot as this can help constipation. Also there is a great product i have used called benefibre which you can buy from supermarkets it boosts your fibre intake and i have found it really good you can mix it with food or just add it to tea and coffee it does not have any taste but makes drinks taste slightly but not noticably thicker, best way i can describe it.

I heard Britney was going to make a comeback etc etc before she even did :rotfl: Always check the Britney news/magazines every day. She cancelled her last single and won't release anything until at least Christmas/New Year off a new album, which i'm sad about as the single she was going to release was one of the top 3 on the previous album and I was really looking forward to it being played everywhere :o Sadly for Britney, she will always be a comeback artist. Due to her 'illness', she'll keep on falling and need to be picked up and she surrouns herself with awful people who never have her interests at heart.

I hope things pick up for me too :o

I hope you get energy back soon. Does Summer drain your energy more?

Is the company GP like an occupational therapist?

Hope the hair straightening helped. Sometimes doing something for ourselves can make us feel a tiny bit better.

hi all, how are you all today?
anni, another product that safer than laxatives, is fybogel, i get in on prescription, you mix it with water, and drink.
had a good morning, met my key worker from community link for the first time today, and it went really well, she is going to support me finding activities in the community, instead of the day centre that i currently use.
    hugs all

  • Hello all, hope you are all well today, even though it is raining outside - and it's August, when it should be hot and sunny!

Amber Sunshine - I'm an AE too, it's funny but I am more comfortable in this name than the other one, hope it wasn't anything I said that upset you

Hello Miroslav - glad you are back even though we don't know each other. Your work placement sounds really difficult, well done for keeping going.

Lady M, stop taking the laxatives!! Your poor tummy must be still all upset. Glad to hear you are taking up a OU course, you can do that at your own time and pace, as far as I know you can take as long as you like, so no pressure. The course I am going to do I will do most at home, but I must attend at the college for at least 2 hours a week - that should be interesting - I'm scared of crowds/new places! Hmm a bit of torture each week then :o

Hello as well to qb, tulip, geminilady, dawnylou, top drawer, sf, fg and shazrobo - and apologies if I missed anyone out.
KEEP CALM AND keep taking the tablets :cool2:
  • No, you didn't upset me at all SB, I just got bored of the other name, and thought this one up. Kind of reflects my hippyish bohemian side I think ... something that OH doesn't really appreciate, so maybe it's a yah boo to him, since he's halfway out the door ...

Shaz, 8 years later I still shudder at the name Fybogel ... God that stuff was foul ...

It's raining here too, but I am going into town today. Like to get out as much as possible for my own sanity :o Oh well, i'll get wet :p

I'm going to have to say something to my work placement. It really is about being assertive and firm, rather than aggressive and rude :o

I don't like crowds/new places either. Just do your best and see how it goes :T Good luck with your course
