alm what the others said and drink lots of water to flush the toxins thru quicker... take a paracetamol and rest u should start feeling better in a day or so, in a weird way its a good thing!!
ted i told my dr i did atkins but he was SO amazed at how much weight i had lost he couldnt really comment not sure i have converted him tho

Thanks guys. I'll try and stick it out. This is my food list for today Tinkebell.
Breakfast: Bacon, scrambled egg with a little grated cheese on it.
Lunch: Boiled ham with a little salad
Dinner: Chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.
Sounds plain and boring I know but I'm feeling so queasy. Am I on the right lines with the food. The thing I miss the most is a sweet pudding, lol.0 -
tonight had chicken breast coated in a ''breadcrumb'' made of parmesan almond flour and pork scratchings - was lovely:j MFi3 wannabee :j

I really struggle with almond flour too, and I love Almonds!
Its the dry dry aftertaste I think, wish I did like it but I've tried quite a few of the "sweet" recipes and haven't liked any of them. I might try the quiche with almond crust to use up my remaining almond flour, hopefully the quiche will disguise the dry almond taste:rolleyes:0 -

alm menu is fine but have u upped yr water intake and cut down on the diet drinks??
avstar if u make the oopsies then u could add a spoon of almond flour to the yolk bit... also i have been using it in the sesame crackers and u really dont get that dry after taste in them
had chilli for dinner tonight was VERY spicy must of added more chilli than i thought lol

Not a big fan of oopsies (sorry to blaspheme!)...it felt like eating a make-up sponge :rotfl:

I've had 4 glasses of water and 3 mugs of peppermint tea today. I love coffee but when I had a cup of decaff yesterday made my nausea worse.0
