Thanks guys. I'll try and stick it out. This is my food list for today Tinkebell.

Breakfast: Bacon, scrambled egg with a little grated cheese on it.
Lunch: Boiled ham with a little salad
Dinner: Chicken, cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms cooked in garlic butter.

Sounds plain and boring I know but I'm feeling so queasy. Am I on the right lines with the food. The thing I miss the most is a sweet pudding, lol.

Sorry I replied thinking I was at the end of the thread and I'm not yet...still reading LOL!

I really struggle with almond flour too, and I love Almonds!

Its the dry dry aftertaste I think, wish I did like it but I've tried quite a few of the "sweet" recipes and haven't liked any of them. I might try the quiche with almond crust to use up my remaining almond flour, hopefully the quiche will disguise the dry almond taste:rolleyes:
  • I can't stand almonds, but like things made with ground almonds

avstar if u make the oopsies then u could add a spoon of almond flour to the yolk bit... also i have been using it in the sesame crackers and u really dont get that dry after taste in them

had chilli for dinner tonight was VERY spicy must of added more chilli than i thought lol

I've had 4 glasses of water and 3 mugs of peppermint tea today. I love coffee but when I had a cup of decaff yesterday made my nausea worse.
