mercy u know why it happened u said it in the first sentence so cut them back and u will go back down, obviously gentle exercise is goin to help
x
Yeah I realise that but I think I need to do more (some) excercise to help with energy levels and motivation. It's too easy to just slump when I get in after a long day
I'm going for toning rather than sweating over much. It will be nice to get my arms in shape for summer and from past experience it doesn't take long to start seeing an improvement. Stomach / abdomen excercises too, easier to hold it in when the muscles work

Yeah - it's not an "instant protein shake" like the choc-soya one, it's just a powder containing protein, good fats and fibre, that you can add to pretty much anything.
I use it as a flour-substitute in baking (usually cut with ground almond / flax as it can be a bit heavy on its own), or I blend up some soya milk (with a little yoghurt or silken tofu to thicken it up), add the powder and fruit / flavourings of choice. Vanilla essence cancels out its natural flavour.Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Hi shykins, was the atkins I was wanting to follow, I know there is loads of different variations of it, but that'll do! Just need to know what to avoid mainly, so your website sounds fab!
I probably won't follow it as strictly as most of you, deffo won't be eating bread potatoes pasta etc, it's basically going to be a life change for me if it helps my bowels, which im sure it will.
Hate my bowels!0 -
