Well done Johntea, I don`t mind wrapping mine up for the kids now, I won`t feel guilty knowing that all has come right for you. Thanks again Johntea,you have been a real gentleman about this not once sounding off to those that did get theirs. I got two v220 and am very grateful at £30.

I ordered the phone for me and two hours later I ordered it for my mum. I got the v220 and she got the v547. After two days she tried to charge the battery and it wouldn't charge up. Faulty battery. Phoned O2 and they said they would exchange it. The new one arrived today and they had also included a bluetooth ear piece. Not fair. Why didn't I get this!! LOL :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm still waiting for my 2 chargers! I've rung & emailed & I'm getting nowhere.

First they kept telling me that they had been sent out. Now they say they have none left & I can purchase 2 from an O2 retail shop & fax the receipt for a refund.

None of the local O2 stores have them in stock & if they did it would cost me nearly £40 for 2 chargers. How long would I have to wait for a refund I wonder if I do manage to find them?!!!

Ask them why they cannot order you two of these at nil cost?
If they say they "just can't" ask them to refund you the original purchase price of the phones (£29.98) to your credit card, so that you can then use that money to order the chargers on-line.

Don't believe they will send you the money after you have bought them!
(That's why the O2 shops won't supply you them free of charge - the shop never gets refunded! - that's what my local shop manager told O2 when they told him to give me one for free)

Alternatively, ask your local O2 store whether they have the whole phone available and if so, get O2 to send you a cheque for the full purchase price of 2 phones (should be £99.98 in-store for 2). Make sure you get the cheque before you buy the goods.

Royal Mail would be easier than this joke of a courier.

I was provided with a new tracking number for the K750i and look at the current status:

If they try sending me a second hand phone they're in for a much stronger letter of complaint

Just rung O2 again. In the last hour I've been told:

1. Yes they should be able to send them out as they are on sale on the website

2. They will be sent out, just awaiting Manager's authorisation

3. Manager says can't order mine individually as all these chargers are coming out as a matter of course (from standard message to be given to all refurbished V220 customers)

I then said I was very unhappy as I've been waiting 3 1/2 weeks & been told different stories every time I ring!! With this the CS assistant again spoke to a manager.

4. If we can send them today from stock as a seperate order I (CSA) will ring you back to confirm.

5. If we can't send them out today a Manager will ring to advise you on what can be done.

I was told to expect a further call before 7pm today. I'm not holding my breath!!

I bought the V220 as soon as I saw this post for my daughter for Xmas as she has always wanted a flip phone....

She has now put the pink V220 on the top of her Xmas list... I am now buying the V220 pink Fascia for it.... so am really pleased cos she will get what she has asked for.....

I saw no less than 3 DHL vans today around my area and none had my K750i!
