Anybody got there charger yet?

Thank you spikey. Phoned 02 and they denied any problem with chargers being sent out and told me to return phone. I had no returns label in my packet either!

I assured customers services there was a problem. Woman spoke to the manager who said no other complaints about missing chargers had been logged on there system for this phone.
I was a bit annoyed after a 17 minute call on an 0870 number.

Was reluctant to return phone in case I don't get another, so have emailed them.

Spoke to cust services today after recieving my phone and the guy asked me to hold on whilst he read an e-mail about these phones, as soon as I said I had recieved a phone without charger he said ah,one of those v220's,he knew about it and said they were aware them being sent out without chargers by mistake and that they would all be sent when available but didn't know when.

I emailed O2, they said I should call their helpline as they could not help me. I replied to their email stating they should know about this prob, and they have now replied with the following:

When I spoke to them last week, they said I should get my charger today, but it hasn't turned up. But if they're being send via the same company as the phones then I won't get concerned until maybe this time tomorrow. My phone arrived via a surly looking bloke in a very non-official looking car, and I seem to remember someone mentioning before that they had been told Tuesday for the chargers to arrive, and that the company (DHL or something is it?) don't like the "next working day" delivery option, which is apparently why a lot of those who paid for next working day often didn't get them until AFTER those of us who just went for the 3-5 working days option.

I wish they would let us know when the chargers are coming as i have said a friend can have one of mine but obviuosly can't send it to her without the charger.

Same story, arrived today without charger. DHL have been the pits, have had so much trouble with them. O2 said the charger will be sent in the next two-three days by Royal Mail and they will put a note on the account regarding the fourteen day return period so it starts from after the charger received. Phew!

I got 2 V220s no chargers or manuals.I emailed them last week about it and this morning recieved 2 chargers and 2 manuals
