That gm number is not the tracking number you will need to call 02 and get your tracking number:)

I still havent received my phone...received the sim in the post..plus a order dispatch with the "phone to follow" note...i am about to phone o2 and see whats going on...will report my findings!

Do you need to put in a Contract mumber and/or date of despatch?

same thing happened to me...best thing is to phone them up..i justused one of the numbers on saynoto0870.com.....if you tell them that u have ordered three phones and not received them they will put you through to the correct department...hope u have better luck that i did!

The number you put in is the tracking number that you are sent by email from o2 when it is despatched to dhl.

If like me you never received your dispatch email.....you need to call O2 give them your order number and ask for your tracking number.

Received my sim card and 'handset to follow' letter on Saturday but was getting worried due to other people getting told there was no more stock. DHL order tracker was not working so I have just called O2 and my phone was dispatched today!
