As i said earlier Wozwebs that's not your tracking number that's the reference number sent to you by 02 you will have to call them and get the tracking number

Thanks for that, I now have a 12 digit (all numerical) code with an email saying it has been despatched but this too doesn't work on the DHL website. Am wondering if it has reached their system yet?

Dhl's website updated about 6 hours after they sent mine out !!!!!!

before that it showed nothing

it turned up the next day though

can someone PLEASEEE pass the telephone of the orders department or whichever department (of O2) concerned with this thread to all members so that we all can trace our orders and maybe fone them to send the chargers for orders which are due to be shipped...thank you

Just tried phoning (0870 6003009) and got passed on three times with no department taking responsibilty. Then got cut off when on hold. Not a happy bunny!
