I guess he's referring to the O2 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee applicable to all sales bought online / by phone (i.e. not at a shop)

There is also a Freepost returns label to send it back with - just get a certificate of posting from the post office.

I received 3 emails from 02 this morning. The first was directly after I ordered the item and they were subject: welcome to 02. The second and third emails I received 20 minutes later and they were subject: Thank you for your 02 order and Important news about your 02 order.

I still hadn't recieved the confirmation emails so i called 02.The guy on the other end said one phone had already been dispatched to DHL and gave me the tracking number and the first one had been accepted though not gone through yet so no tracking number.It isn't showing yet on DHL though

O2 and emails don't seem to go hand in hand. My order on the site is now listed as dispatched...please refer to email for details etc... However, I have received no email.
