Hmmmm, there's no 'MY ORDER' on that page, only Buy Online, My Profile, Online Help and Get into O2 Active.

ORdered at 10:00am, got the 1st 2 confirmtion emails, but no despatch email yet.

FYI i only managed to check mine online once it had been accepted or sent for dispatch.I couldn't check before that i know someone said earlier that you needed to enter a 10 digit code that they send you on your mobile but i messed that up and entered it wrong and then it said i had run out of chances to try it again.But after i'd called them and they told me one of mine had been accepted i had another look and saw the option was there now and i could check both online...hope that helps:)

i bought 2 this morning for my parents for christmas - after some problems with the site - managed to do it finally and just checked my order status - says theyre in stock and on their way with the delivery ppl. just hope someones in to receive them! O2 are generally a bit rubbish in my experience - i rang the sales line today to buy them after trouble with the site, the boy said he had sold 14 (that was at 12.50pm) already and would get someone to ring me back to take my order as they were busy. Never rang me back so glad i didnt wait!

the 02 online sim is a payg one and you WONT be billed. I have an O2online one at the moment, you only have to top up with the £10 regularly if you want the free texts/minutes etc. otherwise just use it as a normal PAYG one.

hope everyone gets theirs - including me (p.s. ive had no emails from them but theyve got it all on the site now so fingers crossed!)

Well - it actually went through!! I ordered 2 phones - one for me and one for the other half and I got a confirmation email saying they have been despatched and will be with me by 5pm tomorrow (at a cost of £3.99)
