I have managed to order 2 by using an old credit card . Would not let me use any debit card.
I even called up and spoke to an adviser who couldn't help.
Very frustrating. Have had confirmation through now so don't give up if you are having problems too.

I've ordered 2, one around 9:30am this morning and another around 3pm. I haven't had an email confirmation for either of them nor can I see any order info online! I did at least get a screen print of the 2nd one, so will see what happens.

I have phoned them TWICE and even THEY can't get it to go through - have no idea why so I am really not happy.... have tried with different names, cards, even addresses and still nothing (and that was on the phone)

i tried that but they need your student number or some NSU number. ....

i too tried many times but no luck ...keeps saying sorry unfortunately we were unable to process your order . i tried many cards, email addresses etc..no luck...
