    The O2 software, ie screens will still be there, but can be removed/replaced with software from the net.

    Just got one for me and one for mom, lets hope they come off. Can't all be refurbs so looks like a top bargain if we get them.

    Will use mine at weekends when out on the beer, if I lose it then only £14.99 gone as opposed to my SE P900 that I use now.

    Try clicking the 're-send verification' code that appears at the top of the 'update details' page (after you add in a mobile phone number & have clicked save once). Enter the code again, click save etc...

    If that doesn't work I'm not sure what to suggest, as that is what I did and I can now check on the progress of my order.

    I tried to order online with no luck - the system kept getting an unrecoverable error.
    So I phoned their 0800 student line and spoke to Andy.
    He said:
    loads in stock - only started selling them today at that price
    pristine condition - like new, returns from new, basically brand new (his words)
    camera is 0.3 mega pixels, but mine's for my 9yo so he'll be happy with that
    I've got an order number and should get my order in 3-5 days
    There is no monthly charge (I know a few have said this already, but as my earlier posts show, 2 o2 people have said there would be) - and I didn;'t have to give him an email addy 'for online billing' as requested online.
    14 day 'peace of mind' - he didn't expand on this, but I presume if it's not acceptable I can return it.


    If you need to order one, Andy is on 0800 089 0002 (with about 10-15 colleagues)
