Oh dear! Looks like I've missed the boat after all. This is a snippet of the email I received from O2 earlier this evening after ordering my phone:-

We regret to inform you that the items you have ordered from us are currently
out of stock although we will make every effort to ensure that they will be
delivered to you as soon as possible. If you selected a chargeable delivery
option a refund will be processed for the amount you paid. If you paid for this
charge by credit or debit card, a credit will be applied to your credit/debit
card within the next 28 days. If the charge was billed to your account, a
credit will be applied to your account.

I wait with baited breath!!!

Some have received this email and then a few hours later received an email saying their order have been dispatched.

Personally my order is at a local DHL already and should be delivered today. No-one will be at home though so I'll have to collect it or arrange a re-delivery...unfortunately. Oh and the reason I jumped on this one is that one of my partner's step daughter is at college and is without a phone as it was stolen. She could never have bought this herself and so we had to. It will make a nice Xmas pressie for her.

Got my phone today but no charger. Already oredered off ebay though as last time I got a phone they asked to send it all back but for £3 I cant be bothered.

Received mine this morning - very dissapointing - NO charger, NO instruction manual, No Usb Lead...just the phone is a slim packet..its in excellent condition but is locked to O2 also...

That seems a bit off, doesn't it? How the hell are you supposed to use the phone if you can't charge it up?!

Thats a bit disappointing. However, in my case the instructional manual won't get read anyway and I suspect the charger & cable are ver easily acquired. As for a box....it will only get thrown in the bin anyway.

As long as the phone is in good condition, and actually works I'm not that bothered.
