The chopping board with 2 of the chickens offer is still on, the chicken on the shelf with that offer doesn't have the Dine in for £10 sticker on but it works - I've just done it.

This wine is also on the offer but not on the stand, you have to go and look for it:

  • I agree the choice of wine is quite limited this weekend - so I got 2 boxes of these truffles instead (priced £7.99 - but I would never pay that for them) - ideal for pressies:j

Wish i'd known about the choccies, ah well i was pleased with what i got. The wines on display were very disappointing so i asked if there was anything else and luckily got the frizzante(sp?) I was told they didnt get many so they werent putting it out as part of the offer!

No cheese selection today, so got other pudding, but saved not having to get cheese biscuits.

Good news on the Extra FREE Chopping Board front then !!

And that Pinot Grigio Frizzante is a better white wine normally priced at £4.99 a bottle

  • I think M&S need to get more organised. The staff didn't know the chocolate truffles were in it until I told them! As franklally said £7.99 is expensive for a small box of chocs but I can't drink on my current medication so i thought I'd give them a go. Also the large chocolate fudge pudding wasn't on the display but was included. Most of the puds in this weeks are cheaper, maybe as they're not making as much money as they hoped. I hope this continues as it's nice having a treat every other weekend and I'm developing a nice little stash of items I've frozen or saved too.

the cheese selection was the big saver in this weeks 'afties' selection - was £3.99, and the pieces of cheese are quite big
