The chocolate melt in the middle puddings are delicious but I can't resist the profiteroles!!

Chianti is Italy's most famous red wine, which takes its name from a traditional region of Tuscany where it is produced.

Chicken saltimbocca is pan-fried chicken escalopes with Sage and Parma ham. Its a classic Italian dish.
