Seaxwyn you're so right about the stocking of Tahini paste in supermarkets.

But I'm curious, what else aprt from Humous do you use it for????

Thanks for all your sympathy guys.:o

I have to say I'm struggling to find something to be cheerful about. Usually at this point I lurk on the boards rather than posting. I really do not have a valid reason to complain, we have our health, our debt is not consuming us, (we're no longer waking in the night with panics, we live fairly comfortably) missing Popeye is pants, but we knew it would be, and there is an end. (about 2 years away!) But complain I do. :o

I spread it on toast mainly! Also use it in dressings and to make biscuits. And houmus of course.

Don't apologise for complaining - we all have times when things just get too much for us and it's hard to see the bright side.

Well DS2 didn't go back to the health food shop, didn't go to a job agency, and has been really grumpy this evening.

Tomorrow he gets his A-level results.

I thought I'd take him out, but he refused to speak to me, and stayed plugged into his MP3 :rotfl:
  • You should moan get it out of your system, I can't believe your son went to the shop and didn't buy any!! and that he was so rude! Still A'level results are pretty stressful I guess.

work sounds crap. I have a policy now where I hate management. they really do rise to the level of their incompetancy.

hope tomorrow brings better things xxxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Well DS2's terror is catching :o

I woke in the night worried about what to do if he doesn't get the grades:eek:
Up until then I hadn't thought about that scenario......I've always be in awe of his intelligence :D
DD didn't come home last night (not unusual, she won't drink & drive so often stays at friends) and DS2 insists that he won't make The Phone Call until I've left.......I'm worried about him getting bad news on his own.........

Though he dealt with his first choice turning him down without telling anyone until he told me 12 hours after the letter came......

You think parenting gets easier??? nope. :rotfl: I still can't bear them hurting. :o I still can't prevent it happening :o

Oh Olive.... sorry this is happening when Popeye is away.... and as to DS being grumpy.... teenage hormones and A level results don't sit well, do they? I hope there's really good news to come.

I'm sitting here feeling a bit tearful as I wait :o

On the way to work I wouldn't yield to a skip lorry and the driver yelled "you f***ing b*tch" at me. Not a particularly good start. I've a feeling that FK isn't going to get away with any carp today :D
