    Nah- finally sold the boat today after 3 months on the market...nowhere near £250,000 though.

    Congratulations on that fantastic win.
    My hubby would love a boat to go fishing with but the upkeep costs are horrendous.
    He used to be a chief engineer on private yachts and got paid for looking after a 100foot long yacht with no-one on it, berthed up in Monaco, California, Florida etc, so he has a fair idea of those costs.
    Maybe I'll buy him a dinghy one day:rotfl:

    Glad you managed to sell it though.
    That could easily eat a hole in any wallet.
    Nice to hear the winning story though.
