Currys - Wrong Price On Item

  • Hi
Just been reading through the posts and personally my opinion is that it does all depend on the store and the management. I work at Currys and if something like this happens we usually charge the customer what the ticket says. This is because we have staff assigned to correct all tickets, also sales staff and cashiers are also responsible for checking the prices of products in their area. So we base it on being the Staffs fault for not changing the ticket and keeping all product prices upto date. However as i mentioned before it is down to the Manager and their decision you were just unlucky on this occasion.
