I get mine from Tesco. I use their own compatible ones, so compatible 'cos they use old lexmark carts! I paid £13 for the black and £15 for the colour, you can send your old carts to them freepost and get 50 clubcard points for each one! I have no probs with them at all. Handy if you need one quickly as well.

I use box shift for my cartridges. I pay £10.99 with free P&P for a black or colour recycled cartridge.

Keep an eye on E-bay. I've just got a colour cartridge at half the normal retail. All sealed in factory wrapper, just no box ( as they appear when supplied new with a printer).

Excellent list of printer cartridge suppliers Martin. Started off looking at paying nearly £30 for a colour cartridge for a Lexmark Z55. Thanks for the WHSmith.com tip.

They have their own brand cartridges for most Lexmark and other printers - and are currently offering BOGOF.

I just ordered 2 colour 12A1980 WHS equivalents for £24.99 for both (£12.50 each)

and 2 black 12A1970 WHS equivalents for £21.99 for both (£11.00 each)

as the order came to over £25 - P&P was free.

They dispatch in 1 to 2 working days.

I'm well chuffed.

They still have the pre-paid envelopes in store but unlike the old mobile phone ones you don't get any clubcard piunts - they just make a contribution to charity.

Just come across this company http://www.kc-inks.co.uk/. They seem to have original Lemark cartridges from £13.50 including VAT with free p+p. Sounds a little to good to be true, but I am ordering with them. Anyone got any experience of them?

Thanks to griggs i ordered 1 black and 1 colour cartridge from KC-INKS late on thurs night.
They arrived on saturday morning total price £27.50 and p+p was free.
Excellent service and i will use again. ;D
