Brit you have been a bit quiet lately, getting worried about something?

Lots of 13-15 hour shifts at work. Not worried, in fact all the people I know who said prices weren't going to crash have now changed there mind. Even some of them are telling me not to buy and wait it out.:D

What a difference a month makes, this is well and truly the fastest and deepest housing crash we have ever seen.

According to Forex Factory they are out tomorrow. However they have been saying they would be out everyday since last Thursday. I wouldn't hold my breath but the rumour is that they are 4% down last month. We will just have to wait and see.

The interesting thing is that Forex have now removed the "tentative" from next to the date listing for the Halifax figures .

They seem to be saying that the release is definitely at 4 am tomorrow.

it's probably the case that the halifax figures are 'out' but embargoed until X time

this would change it from a tentative to a definite date.

It is 9am UK time - you probably using default.... Hope it is a huge drop, as we just lost two houses in 2 weeks! So he other buyer from the first house would pull out and we could 'go and rescue' the vendor. I know, silly to buy at the moment, but we love that house (it was way below market value, even at this market)

A 1% drop in prices is hardly anything to get excited about. BOE dropping or raising rates would be interesting :D
