Recipe for Goulash

How did your goulash go 160. My Dad worked for Costa's many years ago and they supplied the best goulash going, it was made by Hero foods I think and was boil in the bag - delish!!

Especially after having provided the recipe and contradicted Delia (will I be struck down by lightning for my daring?) about adding the tomatoes in it....I think tomatoes have no place in real goulash - but that's me...

sorry, and thanks for the pm halloweenqueen :-[. it was very nice, well the kids loved it. I wasn't as keen, but i not keen on peppers so I think that was the problem.

I'll give it a go - I love peppers and I just got a few cheap! (as well as cheap beef somewhere in freezer - damn wheres that blow torch!).
