I agree. I would bake it in the oven & then have it with lashings of lemon juice & black pepper & crusty brown bread :drool:

yh i did post it twice lol thought it didnt go on the first time lol, and it was on the sell buy date thats why i froze it cuz i already had something for my tea on that night and didnt wanna waste it x

Smoked salmon ... you have no need to cook it.

Sandwiches, with cucumber

Scrambled eggs laid on top of the salmon .. with buttered brown bread .. it just has to brown bread

Shoved in a fish pie if you run out of ideas

An addition to fishcakes ...

Avocado, quails eggs, creme fraiche, black pepper and smoked salmon on ANYTHING

Out of the fridge without anyone looking and just eaten

OR ..

lol think i might just sneak in the fridge!! and i supose it is gd for healty eating isnt it? cuz i am on a see food diet at the mo lol

I went on the Atkins diet for a while, 4 years ago and one of my "allowed" foods was smoked salmon and scrambed eggs I ate it a LOT! lol

lol how did u do on the diet? my mate did it lost loads! scrambled egg keeps coming up must be nice so think im gonna try it tomoz , will let u know how it goes xxx

Well the Atkins takes a lot of commitment and can get boring but i lost loads in the few months i was on it, i just put it all back on (and more) when i came off it. I didn't wean myself back onto carbs though i just sacked Atkins off altogether so i made it worse
