any recipes out there involving smoked salmon?
I have some I want to use today (bought it reduced!) but would like the pack to stretch to a filling meal for two hungry adults.

Hope you fellow msers can help me please, I came downstairs this morning to find the freezer door open and everything had melted.
There wasn't loads of stuff but there are 5 packets of smoked salmon and I wondered if anyone out there has a nice recipe I could use?
I thought about doing pasta tonight with a pack (or 2) of it but any further suggestions would be most welcome.
