will have a look shaz and be back in a bit - bound to have one!
ok...hot yellow plum chutney, pickled plumbs, plumb and apple jelly, plum butter, plum and cherry relish, poached spiced plums in brandy, red grape, plum and cardamon jelly, sherried plum sauce. Any of those any good? let me kno and I'll type the recipe out for you...oo you all sound very busy. most I managed was a shower and 2 hour sleep (again!)...
re the jars as others have said I dont use savory jars as the taste of sauce tends to permeate whatever you put in it. mr t do a value jam whoch may be cheaper than buying jars but I get people in work and everyone I know to save em for me! When I started I got a load from cookshop but remind people periodically plus they now know no jars = no jam so tend to remember!!
shz do you want a tom sauce recipe? I think the brown sauce one is in the book weezl has...will text her to have a look!
