Can I freeze the bananas until I can use them ? Would I chop them or leave them whole ? Skin on or off ?
Oh, and does anyone have a banana loaf/cake recipe ?
Yes they can be frozen, but for easy use I peel them first and cut in half

i've frozen bananas in chunks in bags, you can then whizz (technical!) them in a food processor straight out the freezer and it makes yummy banana icecream. which is obviously very good for you as nothing added0
