Is anyone else having problems with Opinion Outpost? Every time I try to claim, I get an error message. I got in touch with them, and they replied that any technical error should have been sorted out - but alas no it hasn't. This has been going on for days now. It's a shame, as they've always been so good in the past too. :(

Opinion Outpost finally got their technical error fixed and I was able to claim my reward.
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A

Has anyone else long given up with wonderbug? (Used to be called Global Opinions I think) they payed so little anyway but since the 'upgrade' last year I have not been able to acess a single survey they've sent. I've complained so many times its beyond a joke and yet nothings changed, still cannot access a survey!

Anyone else in the same boat?

YouGov - I would like them to lower the redemption tier as getting to £50 can take 2 years!!! There are some people complaining that they are having issues with paying people their £50!!!!! I like it that there are no screen-outs!

Harrispoll - Slow to get enough points to get a voucher (unequal tiers where you get less for an Amazon e-voucher lower tier)

MySurvey - Ditched them as no surveys for 4-6 months

Valued Opinions - despite some screen-outs they are fairly quick to credit points and email your £10 e-voucher in minutes.

Ipsos Access Panel - points are quick to credit and e-voucher by return when claim. Some screen-outs.

Toluna - Getting slower to credit points lately and slow to pay even via an e-voucher!!! Too many screen-outs, substitute surveys, survey misinformation (time/points) and survey crashes or late screen-outs!! (hardly any UK prizes in the monthly survey prize draws)

Glad its not just me! I was between £15 and £20 and those extra points I'll lose by leaving didn't come easy so I am annoyed to leave- but just had it with this company, its bad enough its taken about 7 years just to get that far!!
  • I think these companies deliberately hold back from survey invites when you are close to redemption. I have been on or around £24.50 on pureprofile for over a month with no sign of an invite to take me over the £25 threshold.

With Pure Profile, have you tried signing in and then clicking on the 'Nextbutton' to see if there are any surveys for you as they don't send an email invite for every survey available.

I agree- Pureprofile are a decent survey site and I don't find they hold surveys from me. I do find though that for some reason, ToLuna (who seem to be doing surveys through pureprofile now as well) do not like my date of birth. Accidentally put in the wrong figure (day) and I got through but normally having put in my date of birth alone gets me screened out every time. Can't quite understand that.

Hi vnkotak, Lightspeed was incorporated into MySurvey some time ago. I don't know if that's what you're after, but I've sent you a MySurvey invitation anyway.
