Aww, don't give up with them! Yeah it does take quite a while, but I really like YouGov. Their surveys are really quick and easy to take, I think they're quite user friendly. Considering they usually pay 50p-£1 for a few minutes of filling in, they're well paying compared to some others. I like the fact that you actually see the results of the surveys appearing in papers or mentioned on the news too! If you think about it, if they did payout at £10 instead, and you had already have five payments into your bank since you joined, you might not be thinking about leaving now. It's just the high payout makes it a bit frustrating but imho when it finally turns up you can do something more useful or special with it. I get dribs and drabs of cashback and payouts from various sites which is nice to have a steady stream, but I love the feeling when I see a £50 on my bank statement, haha :o

I know I know! You're right, the high payout level doesn;t help, but in 2011, no word of a lie, I claimed £130 in vouchers from Valued Opinions. So you can see why I'm keen to give YG the sack!

Did anyone else complete the series of Christmas surveys for Springboard but not receive the final incentive? :(

Why can't Toluna give you an instant (80,000 point) £15 E-Amazon redemption? Do they process them all manually?? I am still waiting over 4 weeks later!

Valued Opinions / Ipsos Access Panels give you your £10 E-Amazon voucher code almost instantly.

Ipsos / YouGov top up your points after each survey. Valued Opinions a few weeks later but Toluna can take up to 2 months!! Also Toluna can screen you out when you are 10 mins into a survey!!!

I've quit MySurvey as nothing in over 6 months. Soon to quit Toluna if carry on like this!

I looked back through my Toluna surveys the other day to see how many were pending, and found one still showing as Pending from February 22nd 2011! I don't suppose I'll see any points from that one now.

They really are awful aren't they! My last codes took 2.5 months! I reckon there must be something going on with keeping the incentive for as long as possible so that it generates some interest, or is that a bit cynical?

After sending them a few emails to query this, Springboard have now added the missing bonus to my account. :)

A query for anyone who has their Pinecone payments made by Paypal instead of vouchers....

Do you get the full amount (i.e. do Pinecone use 'mass pay' & take care of the fees), or do Paypal deduct the fees our end?

Also, do they still pay the original £4 rate if you move to Paypal?
(I'm wondering if they use changing payment method as an excuse to lower you to the new £3 rate)

ps: Thanks libra10 for the answer below :)

Yes, you receive the full amount with no Paypal deductions.

You receive the full £4 (although newer members receive £3 per survey) whichever way payment received.

Guys, who with My voice, I've got a question to ask. I joined My Voice on 20 January and still have not had any surveys. How long did you wait for yours? How often do they send the surveys?
