Guys, who with My voice, I've got a question to ask. I joined My Voice on 20 January and still have not had any surveys. How long did you wait for yours? How often do they send the surveys?

I was with them, they rarely send out surveys, been with them for many years (like 5 or 6) and managed about £20 over that time. Cashed out and not seen anything like as much since, am still relatively near zero and you need £20 to cashout. There not harmful/spammers but don't expect loads of surveys or incentives.

I've been with them a similar length of time as jennie but have managed to earn over £80 with them, but like she said they're relatively infrequent and tend to be for small amounts, although I find as they're easy enough its been worth hanging on for the odd longer survey with a bigger incentive.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I've noticed on a few sites that when I get close to the cash-out threshold, the frequency of surveys noticeably reduces; with some of them, after I finally reach the threshold and cash out, I then suddenly get a mini-flood of surveys, as though they've been deliberately holding them back to delay my cash-out. Seems too consistent to be coincidence. Has anyone else noticed this?

They seem do not ask for anything apart from your general info, like your address, date of birth etc...

I think that's purely psychological, I've had both ends of the scale when close to pay out and after payout. You just notice the number of surveys more when you know you're only a survey or two away from a pay out (IMO)

I don't know about that, it's been very noticeable on a couple of sites when I suddenly get a lot more surveys immediately after a payout.

In my own experience its not psychological:
When I started this thread others suggested I keep tabs on things, they all seemed to be doing so and so I thought it would be a good idea too.

I kept a chart and also graph for each showing the growth of each in terms of incentives over time and its so clear in some (not all but some) that the incentives appear to go up but then slow down as you reach the threshold and some even stopped for a few months and months- I'd end up being sent surveys for sweepstakes, competitions and so on rather then for points or incentives just before I got to cash-out.

One had a time limit for how long the incentives lasted for (I have since left) got as far as £19 and £20 was the threshold, it stopped going up in enough time for over half of that to be deducted because of the time limit.

I would add again that they don't all work like this, but some would seem to at least for me anyway.

Is anyone else having problems with Opinion Outpost? Every time I try to claim, I get an error message. I got in touch with them, and they replied that any technical error should have been sorted out - but alas no it hasn't. This has been going on for days now. It's a shame, as they've always been so good in the past too. :(
:A A million thanks to everyone who posts :A
  • I have been having problems with Opinion Outpost for several months. I've tried logging onto their uk and us sites but neither will accept my details. If I indicate that I have forgotten my password I am told that it does not have a record of my email address. This problem started in November and I was told then that it was due to the launch of the new site. I emailed them again yesterday and got the same response. I keep a record of my points and believe I may have enough points to claim a reward. Has anyone else had this problem?
