Sorry big whinge coming up, feel free not to read.

Life is still hard. Sigh. My mum up until Tuesday had been in hospital since the beginning of October. Tuesday she was moved into a care home. A care home which both my sisters had visited and thought was nice and the only one to have a vacancy and willing to take her. After an hour of being there mum plonked herself on the ground and refused oto get up, eventually persuaded to get up and then spent the night going up and down the corridor banging on doors. Not only that she soiled herself and refused to let anybody clean her up. The care home decided at this point that perhaps they weren't able to take her. My stepdad cannot cope anymore so therefore she cannot go home. My middle sister is being a complete b1tch and reminds me of Worm tongue off Lord of The Rings, constantly dripping poision into mums ear. My oldest sister is stressed to billy ho and just about ready to chuck in the towel. She is constantly ringing round people and apologising for middle sisters behaviour. It has got so bad that the social worker that was asked to look after mum by middle sister is dreading dealing with her.

After lots of talks the home decided to give mum another chance as to be honest this wasn't normal behaviour. She can't normally walk 25 yards without collapsing in a heap, so the vision of her going up and down is quite disturbing. The doctor has been in to assess her mental capacity and says she isn't doolally, however if she keeps this up she is going to end up sectioned. So last night mum had another major meltdown and she definitely isn't going to be staying there.

Middle sister is still demanding the Power of Attorny is changed, she wants to see mums Will (why she hasn't popped her clogs) and being completely unreasonable. Older sister is off on holidays tomorrow despite saying she'll cancel, I've told her to go as she needs a break. I'm waiting for the social worker to phone me so I can take my turn at being middle sisters 'victimn'. I'm really not sure where mum is going to go and after speaking to her today, I'm quite disgusted with her. I know she'll be frightened about the change but the words coming out of her mouth were pure middle sister.

Onto other news, managed to purchase a mattress and it comes on the 16th. Really hoping it helps OH. Being moneysaving managed to get it on interest free credit, as we were just going to put it on a credit card, as we were desparate.

Went to the docs annd amazingly blood pressure is fine. So I need to man up and grow a pair.

DS1 managed to get another car, that's all his shearing money gone now. So Clarrisa Cleo is now part of the team. Poor Pippa Polo is waiting to be scrapped, DS1 is dragging his feet getting this organised.

Still not got any painting done.

Youre really going through it at the mo Lu. God I hope you can sort things with the home sounds a nightmare, and the sister isnt helping matters. Thinking of you over the weekend hope things improve, hugs.

What a horrible time of it you're having, so very stressful and difficult. I don't have any advice for you, I wish I did. Just thinking of you and hope things get better for you.

Well mum has changed care homes and is on 4 weeks trial. Not sure how its going to pan out. Sister is still being a pain.

Managed to get the living room decorated last weekend. Really pleased with it though tonight is the first time I've had chance to enjoy it. Started Christmas shopping and managed to get some new throws for the living room.

Finally finished the stocktake that we started in September, I have a very in depth spreadsheet which I'm very proud of. The accountant is also pleased with us and I tell you she takes some pleasing!

New mattress has arrived today. All bedding has been washed on a very hot wash and is now back on.

DS1s car has just been sold on ebay, just waiting for payment and then collection.
