It was just some large chicken legs with the thighs attached IYKWIM. Stripped all the meat off (well it all dropped off) and thickened all the veggies and sauce up. Only had 4 bits of chicken which fed 6 of us ans was very nice.
Lost another 0.5lb. Am finding it hard at the moment but must keep going. Spent £200 yesterday on school stuff. Sigh.
OH has got his injection on Friday so I've changed my day off for then as I am driver. Right, going to wallow in the bath.

Still no news re house. Finished work and thats me until a week on Tuesday. Catching train on Saturday morning to London and come back on the 6th. Not much overpayment of debt happening here but that will change come September. OH has got his appointment at the hospital tomorrow for his injection, long overdue.
Still eating the remnants out of the fridge. Slowly getting tidied up but its a long process.

Gosh RED, you don't have to put yourself through such torture. At least have a glass of champers to go with it.
