Took DD2 swimming to try and make up for yesterdays excesses eating wise. Came home and made some delish soup with the stock from the ham I cooked the other day. DD2 and I made some scones which I have sampled and probably un done all my hard swimming as they are pretty fab.

Took the dog for a walk yesterday so earned afew more points and called in at friends house. Got chatting and she asked me if I would help her defrost her freezer. No problems, she showed it to me. She has 2 smallish chest freezers and on both of them the lids weren't shut, due to too much ice and stuff. Finished my walk got my bits and bobs together and went and attacked her freezers. Couldn't sleep knowing they were like that.

Came home with a few goodies as well. A duck, not sure about that. The only time I cooked duck was when I was preggers and the smell made me sick. Some weight watchers ready meals and some fresh chicken to go in the slow cooker. Going down soon to help with the B&B.

Hip hip hooray, just finished the last of the school shopping. Spent a large fortune and most of it has gone on CC. Will just have to deal with it next month. Put chicken in the slow cooker before we left so tea is virtually sorted.
