I did trampoline lessons a few years ago and had to buy Tena ladies (tmi here) I tested them by pouring a litre of water in them and they held it ....

Would only buy them when out with my mum (whos a young looking 60 !!) and popped them in her basket :-)

Sooooooo fed up. Decided tonight I would try some ps2 games on music magpie as ps2 has died. Ds1 got them out of the cupboard and they smelt really musty and damp. Further investigation revealed that the carpet under their cupboard is rotting away. I rang OH to tell him and he really couldn't give a !!!!!!. Doesn't understand how it upsets me seeing our furniture disintegrating before our eyes not to mention the health issues. Land agent doesn't care I really am fed up of living here but nothing else available.

Yuk poor you. The agent should do something about the problem both because the L/L has a duty to ensure your home is safe and because I imagine the L/L wants to keep the property in good repair!
Are you still looking for somewhere to buy?
Have you made the decision about dd's school? Sorry, questions.

Your signature is looking amazing L. You'll be below £20k pretty soon by the look of it.

School have come back with a revised offer of 75%, DD is unsure. Still looking for a property that has got to tick lots of boxes but nothing happening here.

20k still seems to be miles off. Off to do the scout run.

Hil lucielle, Im with you on the damp issue. We have a really old house that weve extended, but the old part is v damp. I have children who refuse to open windows and the condensation makes the wall black, its horrid, but apart from constantly painting and trying to get them to open curtains and windows but you know the story with teenagers  Still you are really doing well, I feel like this debt thing is going to take forever, but Im sure we all feel a bit like that at times we seem to be just struggling.
Hope youve had a better day today.
