I have got my day off tomorrow and going out with a friend. I don't intend being all day but you know how things pan out. I need to do a list so that I actually achieve something in the evenings as I have been a really lazy mare.

Saturday is DS1s birthday, my baby is getting all growed up and will be 15!!!!!!! He still wants a cake!! So that means baking.

DD1 and DS2 are away at scout camp that previously got cancelled, on Saturday. DD2 is hankering after going to her friends but I can't see her bedroom floor so she needs to pull her finger out. Monday its OHs birthday. And get this we might actually be spending a day together as I think he might have Good Friday off!!!!!!!

Have finally got the hoover back and the man in the shop said he had never seen one so bad!!!!! First time for everything. I have yet to push it round.

OH nearly set the house on fire today, 1 way of getting rid of the damp problem. I had made some paper bricks at the weekend and left them on a cooling rack on top of the stove to dry. He lit fire and the bricks were dry............... lots of smoke and ash, luckily he was in and sorted it before it took hold. Did get a very irate phone call whilst I was work. Oops.

So back to the to do list. I have been very good cooking wise this week as I have let things slide quite a bit. Had shepherds pie Monday, fish cakes Tuesday and tonight (Matthew, sorry wrong show) we had chicken puff pie. Haven't made that for yonks and it was really good. DS1 was supposed to be bringing pud home from his class but it had leaked all over his school bag and coursework. He was in a pleasant mood scooping cold custard out of his bag.

    Right list:
Letter to g1t of a landlord and cc one to owner.
    DS1 paperwork for his injuries
    VAT return completed and posted
    Birthday cake
OH present (DS1 has had his)
reaquaint myself with hoover, duster, mop, bathroom cleaner and cleaning fairies.
    Sort garden
    Keep the houdini hens in
    read lots of books
    drink copious amounts of alcohol
scoff big bars of fruit and nut
    go on a diet.

    Think that's it for now.

So I've made a start, started DS1s form and drafted a letter to L/L just trying to get hold of my big sis for any input she can offer.

Sadly at that particular moment no chocolate was on the premises. Have done the letter to the L/L, going to send it recorded delivery and also 1 to the actual owners. That should make him move his butt. Any offers of a home if we get booted out????

DS1s paperwork should be finished today, so I can also post that tomorrow. Some copy invoices arrived so maybe even get the VAT completed, gosh I'm on a roll. That leaves the !!!!!! tip of a house to sort.

Making turkey meatballs and sauce for tea. In fact I'll go and do the meatballs now. OH has gone for his appointment for his back, hope something might get done.

OH has got a prolapsed disc but is having a scan to confirm it. Still frequently reminding him about the Alexander Technique but falling on deaf ears.

I have done very well today, completed DS1s paperwork, sorted Landlord letter, VAT form filled and ready to post, new trade account paperwork done for OH. No movement on housework front.

Hope the weather picks up as its been yukky today. Tea was very nice.
