    Sorry to hear about the horses. That must have been a hard decision to make but as you say once made you just want to get it over with.

    No 100% decision made re school. She was wavering towards the no. Have had a place confirmed at the local high school which is grossly over subscribed to. Not had proper paperwork through from the private school.

    Just done the ebay packaging from the weekend sales. Got an early start tomorrow as OH is on nights again! He will do the horses in the morning but I doubt if he'll get chance to get a picture.

    Managed to get 2 notices up for the horses and phoned several horsey peeps i know to get the word out. Took some piccis tonight but not sure how great they are. Also phoned a dealer but not keen on the idea. OH saw the farmer who is now trying to get us to move in 2 weeks. Hopefully we have negotiated a while longer. Just wish it was all sorted.

    Paid £50 off Amex and hopefully a few more payments going out to it this week.

    DS2s brace hopefully won't cost anything, just have to take it down. Will probably do it on Wednesday after work.

    3) Mortgage neutral by 06/30 (AVC £27.9K + Lump Sums DB £4.6K + (25% of SIPP 1.25K) = 34/£127.5K target 26.6% 10/10/25
    (If took bigger lump sum = 60.35K or 47.6%)
    4) FI Age 60 income target £17.1/30K 57% (if mortgage and debts repaid - need more otherwise) (If bigger lump sum £15.8/30K 52.67%)
