Erroneous spam reports
Every now and again when browsing this site using s touch screen phone I get a pop up saying thank you for the spam report, is there any way to cancel these?

Is it really necessary for every tariff increase to be reported as a "hike" and if a rate is reduced it's been "slashed"? The five news headlines on the site today contain two slashes and a hike :o

Email Notification
Hi, for as long as I can remember I have had an issue receiving email when someone comments on a thread I have subscribed to. My email address in settings is correct, I choose"instant email notification" on threads I post, and I have checked my junk folder, however I just don't get the emails. Any ideas?

LPA and Which?
Must admit, feeling a little ripped off by the Which? promotion on the MSE website. Pay them money, fill in a form and then you print out the form you send to the OPG along with your fee. Given how simple it is to do the same from the OPG website, without having to pay Which?, I do feel that there must be some collusion…
