I have reported something via PM to MSE, they threw it back saying it was for Forum Admin, but gave no link. Despite ages searching I have found no access. Would someone please give me a link so that I can report something that dosen't come withing the Q&Q's remit.

New Users are having problems
Newbies, newly registered...some of them are having problems. They cannot start a new thread. Editing thread title created a duplicate thread
I just edited a thread title in the post, phone & text competition sub-forum and it created a duplicate thread with the new title and left the original thread with the old title. Editing method was double clicking on the title in the forum view rather than going into the thread > edit > go advanced etc... Can the spam…
