Dog Rocks
After reading some old threads on dog rocks, I thought I'd start a new thread. Our garden was covered in brown grass and divot like patches from our now 2 year old male Red Labrador. I was told about the rocks and got them as I was at the end of my tether. I didn't notice anything to start with, but after time, I noticed…

Dog sneezing just realized it's only when he's outdoors
..and not necessarily even on grass. If he sees another dog and starts jumping about a bit that will definitely cause the sneezles! Just started him On piriton. Anyone else have any ideas?

Help with dog neutering costs?
I have searched on here but the threads on neutering financial help are fairly old. Can anyone tell me if there is any help with the cost of neutering a dog living not far from Lincoln? It seems most of the help is for specific areas, like NE England, London or Wales - I haven't found anyone who can help in Lincolnshire.…

Cleaning a Pond
When I had landscaping done a few years ago, the pond was emptied, and cleaned - fish kept in a large container, until ready to go back. I'm not looking to go that drastic, a clean, but what are other's experiences with alternatives? For example, Aquatic centre quoted me £99.00 for a pond vacuum cleaning. But I puzzled how…

Cheaper ways to feed your dog(s)
Having five large dogs, I have to watch the pennies when it comes to feeding them. If you put in the effort and have the storage space, you can feed your dog(s) pretty much for free. It's not for the squeamish as it does involve handling a lot of raw meat and offal, but it's also an incredibly healthy way to feed. Firstly,…

So is there a difference really, between dog food and cat food. Cat food is smaller but then if cat's can go out and catch mice and things and eat them then why can't they eat dog food? I'm not talking about the massive ones!! Dog mixer is cheaper than cat food and my cats seem to waste the cat food because they get it all…

Hi My 10yo Cav is in 4th year of cancer treatment for anal sac tumour. He's recently been put on lactulose to soften his stools. He's bought up some bile / thick spittle a few times now...
