Sunday Times Is there no end to it? If this is correct then perhaps it will be better to get a penalty free I/O mortgage in future and then overpay it.At least you can see what is going on.

Early repayment charges
We have just started to look around with regards re-mortgaging on a buy to let mortgage which was fixed for two years until 2007. When we originally took this mortgage out we advised our financial advisor that we required a fixed rate for two years with a view to remortgaging at the end of the term. It has transpired…

Woolwich - Other lifetime trackers for good LTV
I owe £48000 with 9 years remaining on my current BoE + 0.75% tracker (Egg Flexible). With my house being worth £150,000+ now I have an LTV of 33%, so the lifetime trackers offered by the Woolwich look very tempting:D Minimum loan is £50000, so I would have to borrow another £2000 for the hell of it, but if I'm crafty I…

Will I get a mortgage?
Myself and my girlfriend of 15 years have decided to split (her choice) anyhow, basically I've decided the best option would be to try to buy her out of our house.
