with Gmac and wish to move to another lender in an iva so would like to raise raise exrtra cash to finnish this
is ther broker that does not charge 6 years ago it cost £2000 pounds
thanks income last year 33,000
there is 17 years left on 74,000 B ut happy to go back to 25 years

    What rate do you pay currently with Gmac?

    How long have you been on the IVA for?
    Have you missed any payments on this or your mortgage?

    Based on your income you should not have any problems getting a mortgage agreed - what is the property value?
