Another BR question...
Once you've petitioned to be made bankrupt, gone along to court and been officially made a bankruptee, can the decision be reversed by any creditors, or do they have to like it or lump it?

IVA vs BR
I have being paying into a DMP since November 2005 (£530 per month). I had a review with the CCCS last week and was told that the cc companies could start charging interest again soon, so I would therefore be 'treading water' again!
