How to connect a bluetooth keyboard to a phone
I am trying to connect a (mini) bluetooth keyboard to my Android phone..... It detects it and tries to pair it - but asks me to ensure that the key is shown on the keyboard - which is difficult, if not impossible I had no instructions with it and the supplied CD doesn't help either - not even mentioning the (long) button…

Advice with replacement laptop HDD
My Toshiba Satellite laptop is only 18 months old and I've had a warning regarding a hard drive failure. I've called Toshiba UK and, although very helpful, were unrepentant regarding what I consider a short life for such a vital part citing it could be my fault or a virus etc. Just wondered if anybody else had had any…

How to stop Tivo box deleting programmes after so many days?
I have had a Tivo box a month or so now and love it except it removes programmes I have recorded after so many days, I'm not sure how many. Can this be changed so it doesn't remove/delete them until I do it or extend the days until it removes them. Thanks

easy a-c virus
Or similar. It won't let me run Microsoft security essentials. Re-directs every link from google in normal mode. Booting in safe mode mse will run, and malwarebytes, finds and deletes adware, then it comes back again. Hijack this can't write to hosts file, and can't save a logfile on a normal boot. Booting in safe mode…

Homeplugs
Seen those gigabit homeplugs. Are they actually any good? What speed do they get in real life and what is their realistic range? My wi-fi says it stretches out 250 metres but frankly I'm lucky if I can use it the other side of the house. I need to cut through the marketing lies and find out what these things can really…

3d tv
I am about to buy a new 46" Tv as my 28" screen is not great for me as I have developed a visual impairment. However I wonder if it is wise to buy an HD TV , as the vision in one eye is very poor, and the 3D glasses, I suspect, would not work for me. Or is this not an issue? Will I need to use 3D glasses at all? Do 3D TVs…
