Should you run AVAST boot time scan
I just wondered if this is something that should be done on a regular basis. Sandisk USB Flash Drive
Just taken delivery of the above -16gb. Do I need to do anything to it before storing data? Does it need Formatting? Can I just plug and play? I really need it to store photos on hols. I also have a 8GB SDHC for the camera -14 mp -do I need to format this also. Any replies much appreciated.

MVPS Hosts
On my PCs I always use the MVPS hosts file This not only cuts down on the adverts on web pages but also provides some protection from nasties - along with MBAM and Avira. No mention of this has been made in the recent threads about the system tools virus. Is there any reason for this? Just curious
