Recovered from System Tool virus but..

I picked up this virus two nights ago complete with the scary wallpaper but looking at other posts on this site and others it seems I had a lucky escape as I didn't lose my internet connection and was eventually able to use mse and Malwarebytes. MSE detected some files and quarantined/removed them. I then did a quick scan with Malwarebytes followed by a full scan and both picked up infected files. I have since done a clear scan in both Normal and Safe Modes. I'm posting the logs showing the infected files below. My question is that the infected files both make reference to kMgCbOc06300.
My laptop is running fine and I'm able to access everything but there's a reference to kMgCbOc06300.exe in the notification area of the task bar and there's a folder with this name in c://program data containing two microsoft antimalware files (which I believe are related to MSE) and 1 other file which is 98 bytes and has no file extension.
Can anyone tell me
a) whether I can now stop worrying about this virus
b) how to remove the item reference from the task bar
c) how to remove the folder (or indeed whether I should remove it).

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)
If you get a message that you cant write to the hosts file then Press the SHIFT key, and whilst holding it RIGHT CLICK and select RUN AS (admin)

Just wanted to add...I spotted on a reply to another post on the same topic that you asked whether they had a Java update before the problem occured and I did. On the same night MSE removed java/openconnection.gc and exploit: js/pdfjsc.l as well as win32/winwebsec. Tonight it has caught and cleaned java/cve-2010-0840.be. Incidentally I'm running windows 7 64bit and I now gather that there is no version of Combofix for this.0

Uninstall the Java/Java update in your add or remove programmes.
Run CCleaner.
Download JavaRa (Zip file), extract it and run and then click on "remove older versions".
Re-install Java if required.0 -

thanks. have run cc and got rid of Java but I imagine I still need it so where do I pick up the latest version?0

....found it. So I have now run MSE/Malwarebytes/Hijackthis/CCleaner and removed and reinstalled Java.
The original situation remains ie the reference to kMgCbOc06300.exe in the notification area of the task bar and the a folder with this name in c://program data containing two microsoft antimalware files and 1 other file which is 98 bytes and has no file extension.
On the basis that nothing is showing any signs of infection and by some stroke of luck (and with everyone's help) my laptop still seems to be working can I stop worrying and consider myself virus free?0 -

The problem is that combofix is not available for Windows 7 64 bit. Is there anything else that will fix this or do I need to get Windows reinstalled?0
