    Look inside the folder c:\programdata\kMgCbOc06300

if theres anything in it Open malwarebytes
    Goto MORE TOOLS
    then RUN TOOL

    Find and destroy the file/s

Don't want to make a terrible mistake here. I've selected run tool and browsed to the file kMgCbOc06300 which is inside the folder c:\programdata\kMgCbOc06300.
The option on the Malware Bytes window says Open. Is it safe to do that or should I be taking a different action?

Still got the kMgCbOc06300.exe file appearing in the notification area.

Also did a search on my c drive and the following files come up as being in Local Copy (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware\LocalCopy)

Got rid of the two files...just left with the reference in the notification area. It's set to 'only show notifications' but I can't get rid of it? Is there a folder these shortcuts are stored in?
